Please review the Parent Enrollment Checklist linked below. The enrollment application process has moved online in Jeffco Schools for 2019-2020. Required supporting documents listed below can be provided in paper form or digitally to Rosalyn Vette, Enrollment Coordinator, rvette@collegiateacademy.net.

Required for All Applicants:

Create/Update JeffcoConnect Account (NEW) (EXISTING)
Apply through EnrollJeffco
Provide Student Transcript/Report Cards
Provide Attendance Report
Provide Behavior Report

Required for students with an IEP, ALP, or 504 Plan:

Current IEP & Original Staffing Report
ALP Plan
504 Plan

Timeline for 2019-2020 Online Enrollment


December 5: Attend One of Our School Information Nights
December 17: SchoolFinder Opens
                         Create/Update Your JeffcoConnect Account
January 10: Attend One of Our School Information Nights
January 22 - February 8: First Round Choice Enrollment Period
February 9 - Start of School: Applications reviewed on a first come, first served basis until all seats are full. **Once an offer is received online through EnrollJeffco, you have 5 days to accept or decline.**
May 16, 2019: Final Enrollment Information & School Tour Night
August 1: Attend Registration for ID Photos, Class Selection, Etc.


2018-2019 Mid-Year Transfer

An official Admin Transfer Form will be required for all mid-year transfers after September 1, 2018. Request from your current school.
